Step 1: Open TiviMate and Go to Add Playlist

Do not select M3U URL or M3U file — those are different connection methods that require a playlist link instead of credentials.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
This is the most important step. Each field must match your provider's details exactly:
- Server URL — paste the full address exactly as it appears in your welcome email. This includes the protocol (
