Tvlio provides premium IPTV subscription services, including access to live channels, movies, TV shows and other streaming content. Our service is delivered via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes credentials.

3. Account and Activation

After purchasing a plan, you will receive activation details (M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials) via WhatsApp. These credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared or redistributed.

4. Payments

All payments are one-time. We do not offer auto-renewal. Payment methods include card, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Prices and plans are as listed on our website at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us via WhatsApp for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Tvlio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all channels at all times.
